I have never written a review before but have to give huge kudos to the excellent service provided by Jaun from Sir Grout. I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly at every meeting. If you are like me, you may be jaded by service providers saying they will be at your house at a certain time and showing up hours later. Not so with Jaun. He was punctual and the job was done when he said it would be. The tile looks absolutely outstanding. I cannot sing his praises enough! If you need your tile done, I would highly recommend calling Jaun at Sir Grout. You will NOT be sorry.

Jaun was out primary contact and he was great to work with. We'd used Sir Grout previously in Arlington, VA, and had been very pleased with their work. When we moved out to Colorado, we wanted them to check over our six bathrooms to make sure everything was sealed and we weren't going to have a problem down the road. All of our bathrooms are different, so they all required a different approach--and we had the gamut from grout and caulking that needed to be removed and re-grouted and resealed to some bathrooms that didn't need any work. Jaun was honest about all of them--those that didn't need any work, he simply sealed and moved on. Those that needed more work, he talked with us and offered his best recommendation.
Jaun and his crew arrived promptly and they were very cautious bringing their equipment into our home. Jaun really went above and beyond! We had some mineral deposits in our sinks from hard water and even though it wasn't part of the estimate, Jaun worked diligent

Very well, very hard working individual who performed the work. He can promptly and worked the entire day only stopping for lunch. He worked from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. two days in a row. Originally they said it would be a 5 hour job but it took a full 2 days and they did not charge extra.

Great product that did what they said it would do, just like in the advertising pictures.

I now have clean grout in my shower, two guest bathrooms, and two tile entry ways. Careful about taking down and rehanging shower curtain. I'd do it again, in a minute!

Sales person Rob Alaniz and then cleaner Jaun arrived on time as scheduled.

Jaun just kept on going, even while talking to me (always explained what he was going to do), and kept the necessary mess to a minimum and cleaned up when done.
